The Apnea Pool Training Membership allows certified freediver members or freediver members who are in training to practice skills at a pool session under the guidance of a freediving leader or instructor. An instructor may be available to help the freediver to find and overcome issues that arise when pushing their limits. These pool sessions can be used to prepare for your next class, stay current, train for a competition or just get better. The presence and assistance of a professional makes these sessions the most beneficial practice possible for growth as a freediver.
Prerequisites:
- Be a certified freediver or are enrolled in a freediving course from Lighthouse Freediving or a local freediving instructor.
- Have your own equipment or rent from Lighthouse Diving Center.
