Gain the in-depth knowledge and experience that will distinguish you as a leader in any diving club or group. Our course has lectures that demonstrate how your dive equipment functions, science experiments that examine the physics of diving, and in depth discussions on how your body reacts to pressurized environments. Combine that with underwater challenges that boost your skill as a diver and you will gain skill like no other. Upon successful completion of this course you will proudly carry the most coveted and respected certification card in recreational diving – the NAUI Master Scuba Diver card.
During training, students will engage in a minimum of eight open-water dives, including the following required dives:
- Emergency procedures and rescue
- Deep/simulated decompression diving
- Limited visibility or night diving
- Underwater navigation – search and recovery – light salvage
You may also choose from many different dives for your elective dives, such as:
- Underwater Photography
- Environmental study or survey
- Air consumption (practical application)
- Boat diving
Course Fee: $700 per person.
Prerequisites: Divers must be a minimum of 15 years of age, in good health and must be previously certified as a NAUI Advanced Scuba Diver or equivalent.
Required Materials: NAUI Master Diver education system (included in course fee). Students are to provide their own gear i.e. Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Boots, Gloves, BC, Regulator and Exposure Suit (Tanks may be rented). Toys and basic snorkeling packages not permitted. All educational kits and personal gear are available at our stores.
